The Teva Hospitals Customer Liaison Team

Our Customer Liaison team prides itself on providing excellent customer service. As well as an acute awareness of your professional needs, our experienced and dedicated staff have received extensive training and possess a detailed knowledge of our products. They are always available to handle your questions and queries with speed and precision.

The Teva Hospitals Sales Team

The Hospitals Sales Team provides all customers with a simple way to purchase an extensive range of quality products. Our Key Account Managers keep our hospital customers informed about our current portfolio, new products, prices, NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency (PaSA) contracts, market information, packaging, wholesalers and educational support.

The Sales Team often acts as an intermediary between the hospital and Teva UK Ltd to ensure a high level of customer service. Customers only have to make one phone call to their Key Account Manager to have their question answered. Whether it is a request for information about one of our products or a more complex issue that needs resolving, our Key Account Manager team work with our medical department to deliver the information you need.

The Teva Hospitals Marketing Team

Since Teva Hospitals was established, a great deal of work has been undertaken to establish Teva as a major supplier of generics to secondary care. This has involved promotion of the Teva Hospitals brand and development of a new corporate identity. Our core ethos is to become "Nearer to your patients, closer to you". Allied to this will be the provision of a range of educational support services under the umbrella of the Teva Academy in areas of practice, patient, product and professional support.

The Teva Hospitals portfolio has grown rapidly and, in addition to developing a range of materials to support the use of our products, the Marketing Team is busy creating an extensive range of materials to serve the needs of our customers. After all, it’s all about you!

The Teva Hospitals Commercial Team

Externally, our Commercial Team carries out healthcare tendering and negotiating projects both with the NHS, private sector and business-to-business. These range from tendering for NHS contracts, negotiating with business-to-business for our products or working with independent organisations.

We work on a cross-functional basis providing support and information to key departments, and also work closely with stakeholders on all aspects of a product’s life cycle.
