Production takes place in the Pharmachemie sterile plant in the Netherlands, which complies with US FDA regulations and the Good Manufacturing Practice standards required by regulatory bodies in Europe.

In addition to managing our existing portfolio of products, a dedicated oncology research and development laboratory is working continually to upgrade the product range to meet the changing needs of the pharmaceutical market.

The acquisition of Sicor Inc in October 2003, has positioned Teva as a major supplier of generic oncology and speciality injectable products on a global basis. These products further enhance and expand the Teva Hospitals’ portfolio, firmly establishing our commitment and service to the UK hospital sector.
